
Born in Quiberon, it is a treasure created by
Henri Le Roux in 1977. An unusual recipe
based on Breton Salted Butter, to which is
incorporated walnuts, almonds, crushed hazelnuts.
In 1980, this confectionery was awarded the prize
for the Best Candy of France
at the International Confectionary Show.
