The box contains 12 chocolates including 3 Fall/Winter 2017 new creations Islay, Lapsang and Pistacia:

- Pistacia (roasted) : pistachio and almond praliné, milk chocolate coating.
- Islay (peaty) : dark chocolate ganache chocolat noir with malt form Islay island, dark chocolate coating.
- Lapsang (smoked) : Ecuador ganache on a base of Lapsang souchong tea flavored marzipan, dark chocolate coating.
- Palet or (roasted) : dark chocolate and coffee ganache, dark chocolate coating.

For a real sensorial experience, we advise you to taste the chocolates in this particular order: Pistacia, Islay, Lapsang and Palet Or. And let the aromas reveal themselves slowly just like a flower that blooms in the early morning…

Taste our chocolates as quickly as possible after their purchase: the quicker they are consumed after making, the more unctuous and fondant.


Beware! Preservation: 3 weeks
Chocolates are fragile... Don’t wait to enjoy them, they won’t last for ever! Avoid temperature variation. The ideal for preservation is between 14° and 18°C, and between 20° and 22°C for tasting. Remove them from any heat source and humidity. Never put in a fridge - the cold and the odours are damaging...
