Milk: 43% cocoa

Light, fresh and creamy.

Milk with caramelized almonds: 41% cocoa

Milk chocolate with slivers of caramelized almonds.

Milk crêpes dentelle: 41% cocoa

Milk chocolate with broken pieces of "crêpes dentelle" (crispy thin pancakes from Brittany).

Milk INTENSE: 51% cocoa

Origin Equator and Madagascar.
A solid, intense and cocoa-rich body.

Milk origin Madagascar : 45% cocoa

Mellow, sensual and fruity.

Milk with hazelnuts: 41% cocoa

Milk chocolate with whole hazelnuts.

A pocket snack or delicacy. How to resist the pleasure of nibbling!


Preservation


Beware! Preservation: 6 months for plain chocolate bars and 3 months for dried fruit one.
Chocolates and toffees are fragile... Don’t wait to enjoy them, they won’t last for ever!. Avoid temperature variation. The ideal for preservation is between 14° and 18°C, and between 20° and 22°C for tasting. Remove them from any heat source and humidity. Never put in a fridge - the cold and the odours are damaging...

All the bars may contain traces of nut, milk, sesame and egg.

MILK chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, MILK powder, cocoa bean, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin, vanilla natural extract), cocoa butter.

Milk crêpes dentelle:

MILK chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, MILK powder, cocoa bean, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin, vanilla natural extract), crêpes dentelle (WHEAT flour, sugar, anhydrous MILKfat, MILK sugar, MILK proteins, salt, malt extract (BARLEY), baking powder: sodium bicarbonate), cocoa butter.

Milk origin Madagascar:

MILK chocolate (sugar, MILK powder, cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin).
